Anchovy timbale: ricotta, bread, raisins, pine nuts, fennel, parmesan

Mintchlorophyll: mint, water

Pasta 

Raspberry foam:  water, raspberry, gelatin

Cuttlefish ink sauce: cuttelfish, tomato sauce, onion, capers, celery, salt, pepper, oil

Seafood linguine: mussels, squid, prawn, clams, octopus

Main courses:

Pea cream soup:  peas, onion, potatoes, oil, salt, pepper

Onion sweet and sour: capers, mint, white wine vinegar, sugar

Caponata: aubergine, courgettes, peppers, raisins, pine nuts

Fennel croquettes : fennel, fennel seeds, pine nuts, bread, parmesan
